Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the strategy of the external action of Quebec attending to their origins, rationale and objectives. In this sense, the Province will use its cultural diplomacy since become a reference of the Francophone identity in Canada and deploying a range of strategies in distintitos international spaces, especially those identiied in the framework of multilateral international cooperation. hese spaces, especially UNESCO and the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, are chosen by Quebec to try to respond to their need to be recognized as a "distinct society»
