Abstract

he Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries (TCDC) is a dimension of South-South cooperation (SSC) that is particularly convenient to enhace the national conditions of development. Argentina has successfully incorporated these strategies in its institutional structure. In this context, the Pro Vegetable and Fruit Garden Program is an eminent representative case : it is based on a genuine know how, it is planned to be adapted to the partner’s conditions and requirements, it promotes people’s empowerment and it has had a positive result.
